By purchasing, accessing, or using any Petitek product, including the ChatrBox™ device, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the product.

3. Product Sales & Platform

Petitek products are sold exclusively through Amazon.com. All transactions, payments, shipping, and returns are governed by Amazon’s policies.

4. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is determined at the time of purchase on Amazon. Petitek does not directly process payments and is not responsible for billing disputes handled through Amazon.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon. Delivery times, fees, and logistics are controlled by Amazon’s fulfillment network.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by Amazon’s return policy.

7. Device Use & Responsibility

Petitek products are intended for responsible pet training and behavior reinforcement. Users agree to:

• Use products in a humane and appropriate manner
• Follow all applicable local laws and animal welfare regulations
• Exercise judgment and supervision when using training tools

Petitek is not responsible for misuse, improper training techniques, or outcomes resulting from user behavior.

9. Intellectual Property

All Petitek products, designs, branding, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws, including pending patents.

• No copying or reproduction of product design
• No reverse engineering or firmware extraction
• No unauthorized resale or branding use

10. Ambassador & Affiliate Programs

Participation in any Petitek Ambassador or Affiliate program is subject to additional terms. Petitek reserves the right to modify or terminate participation at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petitek shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Damages resulting from misuse or unintended application

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Petitek from any claims arising from misuse, improper handling, or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
