90-Day Limited Warranty

Thank you for choosing ChatrBox™ by Petitek. We stand behind the quality of our product and are committed to your satisfaction.

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

If your ChatrBox device experiences a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Petitek will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product, or
• Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized channels, including Amazon.com.

What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
• Accidental damage (drops, impact, crushing, etc.)
• Exposure to water, moisture, or extreme environmental conditions
• Unauthorized modifications or attempted repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Loss or theft of the product

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a claim, contact our support team at:
support@petitek.com

Please include the following:

• Proof of purchase (Amazon order confirmation)
• Product serial number (if available)
• Brief description of the issue

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for repair or replacement.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Petitek’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product and shall not exceed the original purchase price.

Petitek is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or failure.
